I’m a Senior Experience Designer with a love for creating thoughtful, inclusive experiences across digital and physical spaces. I’ve worked on brands such as Ford Motor Company,  The Australian Open, Pizza Hut, Myeloma Australia, and the Defence Force. Deeply curious by nature, I’m passionate about turning complex challenges into simple, intuitive, and enjoyable experiences for the people who use them.

User research and insights

I love digging into how people think, behave, and experience things. From interviews to usability testing, I have led research to inform journey maps, and opportunity areas that shape strategy and fuel simple, user-centred experiences.

Experience design & strategy

I’ve designed end-to-end experiences by mapping journeys, shaping experience strategy, and creating wireframes and prototypes informed by real user behaviour and data.

Workshop facilitation

I’ve planned and facilitated workshops with cross-functional stakeholders - from research share backs to co-design, journey mapping, and prioritisation - helping teams align, make decisions, and move forward with clarity.
