About
I'm an Experience Designer at VML, where I’ve helped shape experiences for a broad mix of clients - from Ford Motor Company to Pizza Hut, Myeloma Australia, Defence Force Recruitment, Lion Beverages and Brisbane Olympics to name a few.
Before joining VML, I worked at startups, as well as in-house teams. While the environments varied, each role shared a common thread: a passion for innovation and a commitment to making complex experiences feel simple, intuitive and enjoyable.
My skill set
User research and insights
I’ve led and conducted user research - from interviews to usability testing - to uncover real needs, behaviours, and mindsets. By turning findings into clear insights, journey maps, and opportunity areas, I’ve shaped strategy and powered simple, user-centred experiences that also align with business goals.
Experience design & strategy
With a background in Psychology, I bring a human-centred lens to mapping end-to-end journeys, shaping experience strategies, and creating wireframes and prototypes grounded in data and behavioural insight.
Workshop facilitation
I’ve planned and facilitated workshops with a wide range of stakeholders - from research sharebacks to co-design sessions, journey mapping and prioritisation. Each one has strengthened my ability to think on my feet, collaborate effectively, and guide groups toward clarity and alignment.
